The U.S. Army is under investigation for allegations of using even more traumatic and cruel interrogation methods. Once you get to where you can HQ a 40 dura without the condition being a factor, you really begin to see just how hateful the Algorithm really is.

You get it when you don't need it 90% of the time. It isn't RnG. It's deliberate. FF14 ARR crafting. Devs digitally punching you in the face, over and over.

Heh, can't say my experiences haven't been much different. I'm used to awful luck, though.

Though I did have a good one today... Was trying to HQ an Alchemist's Coat. Went Excellent > Poor > Normal > Excellent as soon as I had set up Steady Hands and missclicked Great Strides instead of Waste Not to start spamming Hasty Touch. Ingenuity and 3 Careful Synthesis II later, one happy Alchemist. Suppose one needs to be rewarded every now and then to not go crazy.
