Please fix the lag for coil turn 1

We got 4 8 man groups currently running coil on turn 1 and we got ppl taking 10 second delay with ability and visuals on screen.

we even have this stream to show you the lag

Thing was fine after first boss and the wild lag strike and now I got 90k

It's not just coil, I was just doing the Operation Archon story mission myself and I had lagspikes ranging from a few seconds up to a full minute.

I reset my pc, modem, router, flushed my dns nothing helped.
I'm also having severe packetloss at several hops from my home to Sargatanas, between 20 and 35%.

I was also experiencing this in town and speaking to npc's to unlock the next mission.

Biggest packetloss is experienced at the following hops:
xe-1-3-0.mtl10.ip4.tinet.net
And:
te8-4.dr10.mtl.iweb.com
