Please change visuals of Shadow Flare (ACN slow 'bubble')

Can we please have a few changes to the effects of Shadow Flare? While it should be very visible, it presently can be difficult to see red effects "under" it, and in tight camera situations, it's quite difficult to see through it.

Or simply have telegraphed attacked always appear ontop of everything else.
