Inability to skip Cutscenes : SE Please Fix

Does anyone know of a way to turn off cutscenes. Like if im doing CM which is rare now i know. I want to do it fast . Not watch 8 different cutscenes and get attacked while trying to stop them.
Who else finds this frustrating or think a Global Skip should be implemented.

You are correct , i dont even want the cutscene to happen. Cause ive seen them 100s of times. I sohuldnt be forced to skip it "AGAIN"

Also on PS3 (and older computers with slow hard drives) it takes a long time for the cutscene to even load up. Modern PC users might not mind skipping them too much, but it's a pain in the butt to have to wait 10 seconds just to get the option to skip, then wait another 10 seconds for it to get you back out.
