Shiva Server - Looking for 1 melee for Static group (Coil + Extreme or any endgame)

Ok we are having hard time finding our last melee for our static group. We usually go in with a pug, but we are a good static group and we just live in our linkshell (so no requirement for guild).

We have some special requirements, both a Monk or a Dragoon is ok in any case:

- Good gear, we are going to face end-game content (turn 5, titan/ifrit/garuda em), I think something around ilvl 80 is enough (78 maybe it's ok? Dunno let me check in game)
- Good player: this is very important, we want you to be a good player because turn 4/5 can be hard, require coordination, I had a lot of pugs that are "not enough" for those turns
- Nice player: if we do bad things, we accept critics from our party. We don't kick people easily unless your behavior with party itself is bad
- Do not read guides! We love learning the fight by ourself. It worked up to turn 4, garuda extreme and we are working on titan. It's really fun, you discover a new way to play, the content feels longer, the game feels more challenging and interesting. Obviously we can't delete your memories for already read guide, it's not a problem
- Wipe friendly: We will wipe a lot due to the fact that we are not reading guides. We learn really fast, but expect to spend money on wipes and not do 1 day kill (hopefully, otherwise content is terrible). I hope you played dark souls (and maybe demon souls) so you understand what I mean
- EU Timezone (or crazy times, one of us is actually mexican) we play in evening (well, we do play even in afternoon and during holidays even in morning, but that's not usual)
- English we are from all over the world, we expect you to speak english. Not good english required, you just need to understand basic concepts (move there, stay here), and explain basic concepts. I do suggest you to know enough english to spend time with us chatting about everything, it's quite fun.

What we offer to YOU:
- Self-hosted teamspeak server means that is hosted on my own server, so it should have a very high uptime and I can do whatever I want with it, quite good
- Linkshell base for communication and party invites
- Spam friendly mates: we spend a lot of time on teamspeak (even when we don't raid), so you can have fun even when you are not playing (working for example, I work from home)
- If you are enough crazy, whatsapp group: we do have a whatsapp group (smartphone app), because we are always not nerd enough xD
- Good players: Our core team is filled up with good players that love end game content, we play all quite well and our fast-learning allows us to keep progressing even without guides
- No guild requirement: Stay in your favourite guild, we had bad experiences with guilds and we are STILL playing toghether even after everything broke up. We don't really need a guild.
- Nice players: I think (and I hope) that we are nice, we've built a very nice group and we spend time toghether whenever is possible
- Geared players: We all have good gear, around ilvl 80+ (83 in my case, 85 for the tank, I don't know the other guys)
- Free holidays: You are even allowed to stay with your family on christmas and new year!!!! Aren't we cool?! By the way, we will be (probably) online again from the 27th to the 30th. 31-1 will be a "complex day" (drunk people, lol) so you can do whatever you want.
- We don't have exactly a raid day, usually it was Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 9 p.m till midnight, but we "moved" a bit forward and we are playing more or less all evenings, we can arrange specific times once we are full party, because for the moment we play quite a lot due to holidays
- Very small and fast farming of food if required for turn 4-5 for example, it's a good help

What we don't offer:
- Social events/farming materials guild: We did it, it didn't work, we didn't have fun with that. What we like is end-game dungeons (obviously we played also new dungeons) and chatting all day on teamspeak and this is what we do, do not expect anything else really. Maybe we play other games too, but this is out topic for now.
- Housing: Waste of money for us, require a lot of people, we are not interested in it.
