Can my laptop handle the game

I just got a new laptop and I'm wondering if I can play this game on it. My specs are

I did what you suggested but the app is not working, it says direct x 9 is required to run official benchmark. It gives a download site and when I click on it, it wont work.

Direct x 9 is also required for the game. If you can't run the benchmark, you can't run the game...

My PC and laptop both run Windows 8.1. Which comes with Direct X 11. And on both computer the game works just fine.

My laptop runs Windows 8.1, has 8 GB DDR3 RAM, a 2 GHz i7-2630QM CPU and an AMD Radeon HD 6650M graphics with 2 GB RAM.

Hooked up on my full HD screen it runs at 15-20 FPS solo playing with all options turned down to a minimum. In a FATE it sits around 10 FPS. Haven't tried it on it's native screen which has 1600x900 resolution. Should be a bit higher FPS. My 3,5 year old PC runs the game far better. My guess is that since the Catalyst drivers generally don't recognize my graphics as being Radeon. I can only use an older version, which is Microsoft signed.

My guess would be that your laptop will perform better, since it has newer hardware. How well, I guess you have to install it and see for yourself
