Title not available: 'working as intended' - What am I missing?

I've reported a bug related to a title not available on the title list, but it has been moved to "Working as intended" and Moderator redirects me to players (?), official forums (where did I post?), Community Sites (err... what?) and Knowledge Base (again... what!?).

Jokes aside, I know GMs and Moderators are not able to give in-game 'tips', so... Am I missing anything?

As you can see on the report, I got "To Crush Your Enemies VI" achievement, which grants you the title "the Exterminator", but it's not available on title list, not even after speaking to Jonathas.

Does anyone have any information about this?

PS. I'm not ranting for a title, mind you , but I'd like to know where's my error so I can solve it by myself, as Moderator seems to state I should be able to.

I don't know if this would help any, but I examined somebody today and it showed their name with title The Exterminator. So it is in the game.

If this is what your looking for, when you pull up your Character menu, on the profile tab, at the top on the left should be a drop down menu for you to select your title. It should have all the titles you've earned.

I'm well aware of that; currently I have "the Sword of Thanalan" set. The issue comes with "the Exterminator" not available on that list.

IIRC, you have to speak to Jonathas (the NPC you are referring to) in order to get items awarded with achievements, but titles on the other hand are issued directly and available as soon as you get the achievement.
Anyways, as I stated on my bug report, I spoke to Jonathas but to no avail...

In 1.0 it came from running lots and lots of chocobo escort missions. I have no idea where to get it now, or if it's even still available.
