    can't complete quests with equipment as rewards

    i cant complete any quest that has equipment as a reward i tried making a new character in a new world the same thing the complete quest is blackened out and the only thing that is left is too decline the quest so i have a lot check marked quests that i can't do anything about i went too customer support and they sent me here saying that it was a bug and also i'm using a PS3
