No speech on any cutscenes in any language

Hi I have sound but no speech whatsoever on any cutscenes ( those that are supposed to have voices) I've tried using diff languages..nothing works. I bought the CD version. Any suggestions? I would really like to hear speech on cutscenes, thanks!

Make sure you have audio set to 2.1 (stereo) sound if you don't have surround sound otherwise voices are sent to center speaker which you won't hear but otherwise there not many voice CS though anyways.

I do have surround sound with 5 speakers , tried them all they all work, donno ..oh well

There very few voiced scenes and probably could count them with my fingers
