    Capped gatherinng rate on unspoiled nodes

    I know that no matter how much perception you stack you cap out at 5% chance for HQ items on unspoiled nodes. My question is, is 90% the cap for NQ item gather rate on unspoiled? Just curious because I added +5 gathering materia to my offhand and ate food to give me another 15 so 20 total and it still sits at 90%.

    95% cap for clusters, 90% cap for everything else. Might be 95% for the carbo matter too, I never cared to check.
