I miss the BETA version of Second Wind. It use to restore 20% static. Personally, I dont use it. My set up is Provoke, Flash, Convaleance, FeatherFoot, Internal Release. Depending on the content your doing, Flash Is not always neccessary since you have Overpower; In those situations I use Second Wind instead of Flash.

I do this as well. Except I will swap out Internal Release for Second Wind. Flash is always needed, because berserk has a pacification on it, and you can use Flash while nothing else works.

Hmmm I dont reccommend swapping interanal release for second wind because of 2 reasons.

1. HP recovered from second wind 99.9% isnt life saving as it only recovers about 450-700 (depending if you use berserk first)
2. Internal Release Cool Down is 60sec, where as Second Wind is 120sec. Thats double.
3. (Bonus) Internal Release + Prepped Inner Beast > Infuriate > Inner beast will heal more than just 1 Second Wind.

Neither. Use Savage Blade. JK. I'm not a fan of second wind. During boss fights / heavy pulls the HP restored is too insignificant for my liking.
I use Feather Foot, Convalescence, Flash Provoke and Internal Release.
