Steps:

For the quest Dressed to Deceive you must wear the ragged robes of a refugee and talk to 5 people throughout Camp Drybone. However, when you attempt to talk to Adelstan nothing happens when you click him. No matter how many times you try clicking it does nothing.

If you take off the clothes for the quest you can make small talk with him, but cannot continue the quest without the clothes on. If you open the dialogue window to select the quest then switch to the clothes with it open it still does nothing.

Has been going on since last night, multiple players have said they cannot do anything with it, and multiple bug reports have been sent in-game with no alleviation.

Here to also report this happening to my alt character. Have not been able to move past this quest for the past 2-3 days now.
