Stats and changing classes

I made an arcanist and added int as my bonus stats, just wondering if i changed class to conjurer:
1) Will the bonus stats reset?
2) Will the base stats change?

Each class has it's own allocation of base stats and bonus stats. Taking one class up never interferes with taking other classes up, unless you start getting into issues of "Not spending as much time/tomestones" on one job because you spend them on another"

1. Depends on what you mean by reset. Every class has its own bonus stats to spend that are independent of other classes. Once spent, those points will always be spent on that stat whenever you switch back to that class. E.g. you have 10 arcanist points to spend and put them into INT. You switch to conjurer and have 5 points to spend, so you put them into MND. You won't have anything in INT, because those were arcanist points. When you switch back to arcanist, those 10 arcanist points will still be in INT and nothing will be in MND because those were conjurer points.
1a. Jobs don't have their own stat bonuses. So if you put 10 points into INT as an arcanist, you will also have 10 points into INT as both a scholar and a summoner.

2. Base stats will change based on your current class.
2b. Base stats, unlike bonus stats, do change when equipping a job.

tl'dr version: Every class has its own stats and changes on one class do not affect another. Jobs have their own base stats, but use their class' bonus stats.
