Fists of Earth, Wind & Fire

(Since i got Fist of Earth, it doesn't seem to be working at all)

Area : All Combat Areas, Be it Party or Solo
Applies to all Monsters.

Steps:

I tried testing out all Fists of Earth/Wind/Fire on mobs all around the world, without carrying on any Levequest or such.

Whether which Fists of .... I switched ON, all of them don't seem to be working. It is stated that they Consume MP to convert our Attacks to that specific Fists of ....
But it seems that my MP isn't moving down at all.

Fists of Wind - Reduces Weaponskill Recast Time, (e.g Weaponskill Recast are 2.5sec)
Even if i am attacking, My weaponskill recasts are still at 2.5sec even though it wrote "Reduces Weaponskill Recast Timer", and the Movement Speed Buff, doesn't seem to be any effect. I can feel the increase of Movement Speed from BARD's SWIFTSONG, but not to Fists of Wind.

Fists of Earth - Reduces Damage Taken, I tried on various monsters how much they would hit me when i am activating EARTH then i switched to FIRE/WIND and Compare the Damage Taken.

(e.g Fists of Earth, I'm taking hits around 80+- Damage, Then when i switched to Fists of Fire or Wind, I am still taking 80+- Damage)

Fists of Fire - Increase Damage Dealt, This, i also tried various times, hitting a low-level monster or same-level monster, Be it Switched ON or OFF, I am doing the same Amount of Damage.
