Currently experiencing same thing here. And not just me but everyone else who is trying to get this quest done. Hoping this wont take forever to be resolved, since there is basically nothing else to do in game until this is fixed for me. Submitted report in game as well and have yet to get any type of response.

There's a lot of people unable to complete this part of the quest. It started yesterday. I've sent in tickets in game and tried to contact a GM, both with no luck so I've made a post on here in hopes it gets fixed soon.
