"Maximise" lol, using Leg Sweep and Blood for Blood back to back instead of using the keeping GCD is just bad.
Other than that it is pretty good and I think is the standard rotation most drg's use anyway so nothing special

Perhaps the LS > BFB part can be smoother but the logic behind the rotation is reliance on getting in as many harder potency hits as possible. For example, the HT to DS combo is used quickly to make sure the rest of attacks are hitting constantly hard instead of waiting to put up dots, then focus on DS. Fracture is useless and a waste of a GCD. This also gives more breathing room for an extra attack in the longrun which is greater than a simple 20 potency tick. Being able to focus more on combos actively raises DPS.
Just for reference, parsers are wildly inaccurate, so complete dependency on them is unwise. This has been tested by my FC several times. The best way for the most accurate results is to test it yourself and find out what works best for you. I've shown you what I did. You can make your own comparisons / conclusions based on your own tests. In my findings, this rotation does more DPS than the cookie-cutter (parsed) and is far less convoluted. The most obvious hint is seeing just how much faster bosses die.
Wait.... Ah.... Hrm.... ah... wut?
