I know, I didn't mean quite in that order, I just meant in terms of the engagement, those should be top priority.
It is. The point is to not let it fall off (along with CT unless it clips) so that it benefits from HT / DS. However, this rotation applies HT/DS first to assure other abilities hit as hard as they can.
Seriously instead of constant trolling, can you guys give detailed parse(s) proving Longnu false instead of simply saying she is wrong with no evidence to back it up? By detailed I mean showing how long the fight was, and the entire list of moves that were used and how much DPS they did, not the parody parse screenshot that was recently put up there. Instead of talking crap, post some evidence proving Longnu wrong please, because I have yet to see some.
Calling people 'idiot, stupid and dumb' is their form of 'evidence'. I still have yet to see any tangible proof of what I am saying is incorrect. It's simply been beating around the bush and throwing insults.

There has been no evidence in support of the claim thus far, so generating counter-evidence is a waste of time. Someone might do it just because, but it's not required. There's currently no reason to believe the initial claim without evidence.Seriously instead of constant trolling, can you guys give detailed parse(s) proving Longnu false instead of simply saying she is wrong with no evidence to back it up? The rotation you just posted is:
H IDC P TTT
H ID TTT P
H IDC TTT
Rating: 116.8. Notes: Clips 5 ticks of CT on the re-cycle. Drops 3 GCDs of CT on the middle of the cycle. Drops sporadic PHs.
Perhaps you meant to drop the third set because it's supposed to loop back to the first?
H IDC P TTT
H ID TTT P
Rating: 117.6. Notes: Clips 2 ticks of the first PH. Drops 3 GCDs of PH in the second part.
Perhaps you should mirror the placement of the second Phlebotomize?
H IDC P TTT
H ID P TTT
Rating: 118.3. Notes: Clips the second PH, still, although only by 1 tick. Only 1 dropped GCD of PH in the first part.
For reference, the original rotation in the "ARR" thread is 117.8.
HF IDC P TTT
HF TTT P IDC
HF TTT P TTT
A simplified rotation:
HP IDC TTT
HP TTT TTT
Rates at 117.6.
Still lower than:
H IDC P TTT H TTT
P IDC H TTT P TTT
At 120.1.
In any case, your approach of using an ID-DE and simply dropping the CT seems to be pretty "ok" after I fixed it for you. I personally dislike the inconsistent logic of dropping the CT / discontinuing the combo. You also run into sporadic issues with clipping PH, so that's a minus. However, it seems ok. I'd recommend picking up Fracture to dodge the Phlebotomize clipping errors.
Edit:
Funny troll thread though. Nice 80 second parse, btw. I especially like the way you hid the %crit rates. From eyeballing the data, you crit: 45% of your autoattacks, 100% of your Full Thrusts, 100% of your Jumps, 50% of your PHs, 50% of your VTs, 50% of your HTs.
25% of your DEs, TTs, and 20% of your DEs.
Man I wish I could crit all my FTs.
Lol. Title: "I teach u noobz". Post: "WATCH MY VID", followed by "LOL HERE'S MY PARSE".
Totally obvious troll a mile away. I basically filtered this thread out mentally when I first saw it. Somehow apparently it's been bumped back to the first page though ...

I need to convince my Titan group to intentionally wipe ~25 seconds into the fight, and keep doing it until I get a parse with a lot of crits. One of our guys once told me I broke 400 at the start. Hnnghghnh.
Nothing has been disproved up to now other than useless schematics.

Hum, if you want, I can punch the hard rotation into my sim and give you raw potency readouts to see if its better than Easy's rotation (which is currently winning).
