To me, this is hinting at 2.1, but I can't say this with full confirmation. ( Live letter is this month, featuring New in-game content) So if it is in 2.1 it will be then we hear about it!

No new job or class is hitting in 2.1, that's a pipe dream. If they do, it will be some kind of huge bombshell dropped at the last second (which will be awesome, but I'm keeping expectations low). One of the reasons i say this is because the level cap is, almost for sure, not going up in the patch.

They gonna build further on coil as prime endgame right? Will not an raise in lvl cap ruin turn 1-5 then?
I cant imagen a lvl cap raise come at this moment, but iv been wrong before

I as well don't think 2.1 we will see Musketeer, but I would like Yoshi-P to give us an update on the progression on this class. The Arcanist and Musketeer class being said to be implemented are what lead me to purchase the game. So if they are not to add this class before the next expansion would be a disappointment.
