    I must have missed it but I thought I had read that one pretty carefully. If anyone has a link where a dev discussed this, please post.
    Frankly, I don't think it would require much manpower at all. If they restricted it to a rank 5 perk, they would get what, maybe 100 new submissions top per day for all servers (after the initial surge when the feature is implemented). It wouldn't take more than 30mn daily for a mod to sift through them to see what's acceptable. Given how cool this feature would be (since it's already implemented to be able to stamp gear with it), I think that short time would be well worth it personally.
