Can't Log into characters that are in New Gridania?

Last night at around 11:30 pm central time I teleported to New Gridania on my conjurer. Game crashed with a 9000 error. I get these atleast 5-10 times a day and just proceeded to log back into the character. Since last night the Game crashes or I get disconnect error 9000 every time I try to log back onto the character. I tried to log onto another character that I had stationed in Gridania, can't log onto it ether. I also made a new character, an archer in Gridania, can't log onto it ether. Why is this happening?

I don't know for sure, but it sounds like the Gridania zone files on your computer are corrupted. Unfortunately I don't believe FFXIV has a way to verify the files like FFXI had, so all I can think of is that you'd need to reinstall the game
