Extra Life, calling all gamers!

Today extra life, a charity that is running an event to raise money for children hospitals, was hacked and shut down until about 35 minutes ago. They are now behind and have lost out on a lot of pledges for these kids because of these awful hackers. I ask it now to find it in your heart to spare 5 dollars and donate it to the children... Here's my page, i get nothing out of this but helping local kids, if you don't donate to mine find someone in ur fc, friendslist or RL area and donate to them! We get nothing out of it but 25 hours of no sleep and the pleasure of knowing we are helping terminally ill children!

Makes me wonder if they charity money goes to the kids and if not how much money will end up getting to the kids instead of someones paycheck.....I'm not saying this charity does that or anything no clue why it was hacked no clue about anything. I'm just the person who thinks of these things.

It really is sad that someone would do this, they raised over 2 million $ last year for kids in need.... to take the time to shut a site down that does that for kids is just evil..

This is a sort of thing I'd expect them to acknolwedge on their website but I'm not finding any news about it. But I also can't imagine why anyone would make something like that up either.

Google isn't giving me anything either. OP probably just saying that to help solicit donations. I guess that's not a bad thing but why not extole on the virtues of this good charity instead?

I rather do like a Saint. Jude or a charity that's well known.

Extra Life is a well known charity; you shouldn't shy away from donating to it, but I reccommend you do it of your own volition rather than through a link to solicit donations on someone else's behalf.
