it went very smoothly , just choose Character Transfer under Optional Services and it took about 15 minutes. I still have to decide on the name change, i may try to see if Support can advise me..i may try to delete the existing character on this new world that all are on now, and then use the older higher level version. dont know if that will work yet, will post to help others if so.
