I don't think it is the smartest of ideas to offer a way to change sex but not your name in the process. I was not aware Fantasia only did appearance and now I'm stuck as a male with a female name. And when I said something to Customer Service all I got was a reply that basically said Oh Well. The item does not warn that you can not change your name nor is there a pop up in the character creation that warns this. And with no name change service this makes our characters even more ridiculous. It sort of takes away something from the game for me now. Is there someway you can fix this?

I am sorry to hear you are having issues with your name. This sounds like it would require support center assistance. You can reach them by going Here. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and choose "Contact Us" and fill out all the necessary information. I am going to close this thread, but if you still need assistance then feel free to create a new thread outlining the steps you have taken so far.
