    Anything to help FPS issues?

    I invited a friend of mine to play FFXIV with me yesterday. We were both excited to play but he says hes getting unplayable fps (20 in non crowded areas, unplayable in crowded areas). He lowered all options to lowest settings and stil had no change.

    His pc scored high on the benchmark so he should be getting atleast 30 fps on lowest settings...

    his specs are

    dual core 3.0 ghz

    8 gigs of ram

    Graphics card: gt630 4 gigs DDR 3
