Storyline Quest Glitch (lvl 41)

I am currently working on my storyline quests and I have just picked up the "In Pursuit of the Past" quest where you have to go talk to Ser Nathelain at the Stone Vigil entrance. I have arrived and have clicked on Ser Nathelain several times, and nothing has happened. I am the correct level, am in the correct class, and nothing has happened. I am also not the only one that has had this issue. Since posting this message I have seen 4 other people try to turn in the same quest, with the same issues. I would really like to continue on my storyline quest! Any information would be welcomed!

In-game time: Always when attempting to interact with NPC
Area and coordinates: Coerthas Central Highlands X:8 Y:11
Steps:
1. On the storyline quest called "In Pursuit of the Past", Talk to Lord Drillemont to be told to speak with Ser Nathelain.
2. Upon arriving at Coerthas Central Highlands X:8 Y:11, NPC Nathelain is targetable, but not interactable.
3. Due to this Stone Vigil is not unlockable, and I am unable to progress in the story line.

I do hope this helps, I would really like to be able to progress
