A different view of why we complain about lag and "the net code"

Yes, let's blame SE for lag. You lagged out and I didn't. Must be the servers fault. Clearly. When it affects one, not both of us, it is most certainly the server.

No. When you lag out, that is on you. Whether it be a low-end machine running the game (or ps3) or a problem with your ISP, it does not make that SE's fault. Let's face it, nobody is going to have perfect latency 100% of the time. If you lag out, don't blame the servers unless everyone lags out. If you didn't actually lag and just didn't make it out in time, shame on you for making excuses.

Your being a bit harsh and I disagree with you. Let me explain. On AK. The Push Back animation fires off Demon wall .. I see 3 people get knocked back yet I'm still hacking on the Wall.. So i continue and then 5 seconds later while everyone else has reset and moved to the left to dodge the purple floor.. WHOOSH. I get Push Back animation on my character.. well guess what... I'm off center now and yeah.. trying not to fall of the edge. So. this happens 1 out of every 5 AK runs i have. Why ? I think its the Random Servers they use for INSTANCE, not My ISP.

Also, half of the time when this kind of thing happens the rest of the group can actually see it happening. They see the repel cast end then 5 seconds later they see you randomly fly off the edge and are like "wtf."

If it were really ISP/lag issues everyone would just see him get knocked off after the cast ended. That simply isn't what's happening.
