I have sent at least 3 tickets into customer service, and have gotten no word back.

I have tried all the simple stuff, Rebooting, Running Virus checks, Resetting ye old router, turning everything off and back on again.

I'm not terribly tech savvy, so I haven't gone in a messed with any of the TCP settings (As was suggested to me at one point.)

My luck, I'd screw something up and end up lighting my motherboard on fire... or something.
