Use food, don't waste tomes on boots. The accuracy loss to your pet, while an issue, won't prevent you from completing encounters. I'd rather still complete encounters with a chance at a drop, and spend my tomes on actual BiS pieces, or at lea

Pieces you should avoid getting: Belt, Legs, Boots, Earrings.

Get the ring next. It's a huge upgrade over Demagogue.

Then choker(our only drop off turn 5, and it's BiS anyways), and then fill in where you don't get drops.

i literally just rolled SMN to 50 and getting my relic as i type this in a titan run with my FC and this is extremely helpful information, another question i have for the SMN community is

How important is controlling your pets abilities? I feel like im busy enough already cycling this and casting that

I really enjoy the SMN look from myth gear how MUCH worse is it than the few BiS Allagan pieces? im not so keen on the Allagan look to be totally honest

You need to manually use Contagion, the AoE, and be aware of the position of your pet.

Allagan, for actual armor pieces that you can see(zoomed out), is only legs/feet.
