PLD major bug or HUGE tooltip error? (dev read here)

Awareness is suppose to nullify CRIT DMG, however it seems that Awareness from paladin also completely nullify CRIT HEAL from any source. This is especially an issue if you are a Scholar. I would like to know if this is working as intended or bug?

PS. I have tested with just me on SCH/WHM with a Paladin and would like to ask the server to report their findings if I can get many players to test it out there will be a large sample size pool to pull from.

I haven't done any testing, but, all it does is reduce you being hit by a crit, the game probably doesn't care what the crit is from, damage, or heals.

well then the skill has a major tool tip misleading text on it. :/ currently I am testing it with several ppl the odds of me not getting a crit with internal release are staggering up higher and higher against the skill.

Update this is now 100% confirmed Cure III proc is completely nullified everyone but the Paladin gets crit.

I have a better question for you, why are you using Cure 3?

Probably in order to do science. Best way to test on wether or not Awareness will in fact eat a critheal is to use the only forced critheal: Cure III's Ovecure

Because you can get a guaranteed crit out of it and therefore easier to test the issue.

As for this being a major issue, it's not. Awareness isn't a great a ability to begin with, however this does say a lot about how little effort they put into the game.

Overcure (15% chance on Cure II cast) guarantees Cure III to do a critical effect. Was probably easier to test than attempting to cast thousands of basic Cures.

And oi, Cure III might be overly situational, but it covers up those situations well.

But so a bit curious about your results still Doctor. Awareness only reduces the chance you're crit by 25% not 100%, so even still SOME of your cures should crit. Maybe it really is broken.

idk where you are getting that 25% it is 100% crit nullification chance while the buff is up. that 25% is untrue.
