This might blow your mind, but don't blow CDs unless you actually need them. You can judge this based on your Health Points before Titan MB's; if you're full, using your CDs is pointless. With titan use CDs if your healers need to catch up, or if you're in trouble and your healers need the extra help getting your HP up to full before MB (probably because the DPS are straight retarded and can't dodge weights/bombs).

This includes IB as well. There is no point in using it and dropping 15% healing for a 800-1700 heal (uncrit), and making your healer's life harder. IBs are best used when either Infuriate is up, or you can afford to use Convalescence while rebuilding wrath stacks; or if you're just in an emergency and absolutely need to blow it.

The point is, don't use CDs you don't need to.
