Titan Hard mode Tanking question

Hi, I have been tanking Titan as a war and had a thought. If i can save the lb for phase 5 and use it to boost defense will that help with the survivability for the rest of the party?

I am well geared(DL, garurda wpn, mythic accessory), just having a lot of trouble finding a group to down it.

I would suggest against using it. If anything, it should be saved for Healer in case you start wiping. The defense buff is pretty short anyway.

lvl 3 limit break for tanks lasts about..8 seconds?

honestly it should be saved as an "i win" button for your melee dps or a "get out of jail" card for your healers. i have only seen tank lb used effectively once, and that was turn 4 of coil.

what i suggest is that you find a well geared fc to help you get through it. that's what i had to do before i was could down him.

Was just a thought and was wondering if anyone had tested it. I plan on building my own titan pt in the near future.

Healer or melee DPS, BLM or SMN if you don't have a melee or they're dead and titan is almost down, you should only use it if there's one healer left and they're in a rock and you need to survive until the dps gets that healer out.
