I'm not really sure why the end-game dungeon running doesn't include the storyline instances. The player scaling tech is there. If the rewards were the same as AK/WP I'm sure it'd be popular enough even as a DPS.

Hopefully they gave some thought to changing the dungeon requirement for leveling. The older the game gets, the smaller the base of people available to run those old dungeons, and you're blocking progress for new people.
