Must be able to kite mobs, do decent dps for his job, be able to interrupt, dodge things, dodge more things, avoid hitting people with things, etc. After losing what I consider to be one of the best bards on the server, I have very high expectations so If your a bard and want to be a part of a serious progression group then send in an application .
