Freezing and Crashing Issues

Hello comunity,

I am having lately issues with my wife's PC everytime she wants to play the game. When she is playing for a couple of minutes the game freeze or crash. The specs of that PC are:

NVIDIA GTS 450 with 314.22 nvidia drivers
Phenom II X2 550 Black edition
Windows 8 pro
8 GB of RAM

I reinstalled the game and windows twice, I changed the drivers to 314.22 that I read it was more stable.

Anyone can help me with this?

Sorry I can't help but I decided to post cause I'm in the same boat. Every day I try to play the game it crashes repeatedly. I've tried upgrading internal memory, graphics card, re-installing the game, and updating the drivers but nothing is helping. I still get tons of lag and d/c. I'm about to give up on this whole game just cause I can't stay connected to their servers. It happens randomly -sometimes in fates -sometimes in town -sometimes when i'm in a zone with very few people, there just doesn't seem to be any answers out yet for how to fix this.

I don't what could it be since I have a newer pc but almost video and ram are the same

Looks like limiting the FPS to 30 is helping my wife's pc so far.
