    Screen Tearing fix?

    i got massive screen tearing, im running ATI Radeon HD 6950 2GB (sapphire tech brand)
    how can i fix this?

    I have a Sapphire 6970 with no tearing at all. You may have a defective card.

    Have you tried to force VSYNC through drivers? (and set it to triple buffer as well)

    its not a defective card becuase i swapped it out for same thing few days ago and i still got tearing on both, and yes i enabled all that thru drivers

    I had the same problem on my HD5850, and using the CCC did nothing. Had to download RivaTuner and use the included D3DOverrider (it will be a separate program in the start menu->all programs) to force on VSync and Triple Buffer.
