Solution for all you suffering from gameplay delay (aka can't move out of red zones / aka my latency is too high etc.)

First of: In most cases the problem is not your internet connection or that the servers
are so "far" away (I'm looking at you eu players. I myself am from europe.)
Some may suffer from bad routing. But that is a ISP thing.
SE itself said, that some ISP's handel the FFXIV-Client as a P2P application.
In the german forum, the com rep is gathering information from players about their ISP's.
Rep said, that SE is in contact with some ISP's, trying to find a solution.

Now to a solution, that may help many of you because
in most cases it is a client/hardware problem.
Try this: Go to your graphic settings and choose a standard setting.
Then go to display settings, scroll down and set "Frame Rate Limit" to "None".
That's it. Try it out and tell me if it helped.
It has helped me and many other players as well.

This is of course only a workaround.
SE must do something about it.

Edit:
After you edited your settings, your FPS should be 50+.
If this is not the case, i'm not sure if this workaround will help you.
