populations are still down from launch, but ive seen new players lately on trabia. if you start over it wouldnt be a big deal. you can get to 20 in about a day and a half. just do leves and behests and you should be set. if you do get in a pt make sure after the leve is activated check and see (touch the crystal) if you can "Perform a Leve Link" these dramatically increase SP.
