This sums up most people in my guild and friend list. People log on for raids at the beginning of the week, farm until myth cap in a day or 2, then they don't bother logging on until the next week. So for 4-5 days a week, it's a desert town.
Even though we are not that far in Coil, people cannot raid 7 days a week, so this isn't really the issue. Adding another raid wouldn't necessarily help because of that, only the hardcore guilds really need it, I think all the average guilds doesn't have coil on farm yet, and wouldn't have time to try the other raid or it would start feeling like a part time job.
A lot of people don't like leveling all the other classes, some of my guild members already have 3-4 lvl 50 classes with a few relics anyways. I don't think any sane person can claim Fate grinding is fun with a straight face.
I think the issue is that currently there isn't content that can be done solo or with a small group that feels fun or at least makes more people feel like logging on, even with repetition. PvP for example can help if it's well done, maybe some other kind of game/competition for pve. Something that wouldn't always feel exactly the same. Right now, I think a lot of people only find raids(in moderation) and myth cap the only thing worth logging on for. Of course, these are only my observations, but I'm willing to bet a lot of people see the same in their guilds/friend list.
