    i did all that, and still nothing works, and its only this game that tears like that, all other games dont do it

    Is the tearing all the time or just in towns or battle? If it's just the mouse enable hardware mouse cursor in the ff-config. Also try Shadow quality on normal and background drawing on 4.

    My last guess is a problem with the settings in the VECC(newest Version of CCC): Set everything on "Application settings", Catalyst A.I. normal, Surface Format Opt. off, Mipmap on performance and vertical refresh off.
