website not letting me sub!

so my account ran out of time finally and I had to resub, the only way I can is through buying crysta via paypal, I wanted to buy a total of 1500 crysta to extend my account time, I successfully bought 500 crysta via ultimatepay -> paypal method, then I wanted to buy 1000 it did not work and gave me an error message, I tried again multiple times and it hasn't worked, I even tried to buy 500s and it still does not work, here is the error message.

PayPal Express Checkout has rejected your payment attempt. Please select another way to pay. We apologize for the inconvenience.

I have no other way to pay

do they actually answer in this forum? cause I thought that if an admin answered, the thread would have a crown on it or something. and there are none in techincal forums (the crown)
