    Severe packet loss connecting to Balmung (yet again...) - WinMTR trace included

    Just...WOW. The numbers speak for themselves.



    Logged in, got 90k error in under 5 minutes. Checked WinMTR trace and seeing 26% packet loss at the second to last hop! No issues with packet loss or high latency on the way. (sorry, first pic doesn't include the last hop - the World Server)

    I let the trace run a bit longer and it's not looking good:

    Yep, can't connect at all. I suppose whatever they were planing to fix tonight, prematurely brough them down now.

    Game is unplayable right now, this is just stupid. Had the same issue yesterday, finally was playable at night a few hours after they said they were having issues, and now today again the same crap lag.

    Same here, Charter ISP, latency and packet loss to every other application I use is just fine, I get extreme packet loss and cannot stay connected to Gilgamesh.

    Very frustrating.

    Again experiencing severe packet loss on Balmung.

    No packet loss until the last 2 hops:
    199.91.189.234 - 7% packet loss
    199.91.189.33 - 11% packet loss
