Divine Seal generating hate/enmity on its own

Why are you using that when they're pulling in the first place? Is everyone's hp that low? I never use DS in the beginning before. Just when stuff is going to hit the bloody fan or the tanks hp is just draining away in fights.

Even during fights I never pull or have agro points build up.

Who cares why I activated it - fact is that I was not on the boss aggro list - the tank range pulled, I activated Divine Seal, didn't cast anything because I wanted to wait for the tank to build up aggro and he came straight for me. Using a non targeted passive self buff shouldn't cause any enmity at all imo. I never pulled aggro or saw aggro increase from Divine Seal during a fight either. Since the Buff/heal combo already automatically adds to the enmity I don't see why the initial activation would cause that.
Or if it means ANY kind of action during a pull would cause aggro to the player.

On top, like someone mentioned above, activating a buff shouldn't generate more hate then a direct hit by a tank to pull a mob.

I mentioned it here because to me it seemed like a bug or something that is linked to Shield Oath maybe.

In any other dungeon I never get onto the hate list until I cast something..you can clearly see that by the hate list being generated when that happens. Yet for some reason Divine Seal acted like a normal heal or targeted cast.
