Alchemy Level 45 Quest

I've searched the internet far and wide, and I've found no answer to this question:
Where / how do I obtain Pudding Flesh?

On Moogle, there's been a total of 10 Pudding Flesh on the Market over the course of the server's lifespan. I do not recall seeing any Puddings outside of the few dungeons they're actually present in. And from what I can tell, the Prison Puddings in Toto-rak, the pudding boss in Wanderer's Palace and the Puddings from levequests do NOT drop these Pudding Flesh.
They're used for the Mega-potion of Vitality recipe, of which we need a single HQ (along with other potions) to complete our level 45 ALC quest.

If someone knows where / how I can obtain this Pudding Flesh, that'd be great - if not, I'll just leave the post here for SE to read and hopefully, correct

Old 1.0 content used to be level 40-50 and is now level 10-15. Not sure where they drop now as Market Wards aren't in game =(

Only level 45+ pudding is in Wanderer's Palace as a boss >.>;

Ok I've withheld this info for a bit, but here it is. In Coerthas in the Southern most town, the observatorium there is a levequest called "Necrologos: Cinerary rites" It will have you kill 5 black sheep and afterwards it will spawn a white pudding monster. This pudding has the chance to drop the pudding flesh. I have yet to get a HQ version of it but im sure it can drop from the monster. You only get to kill one pudding per levequest so you might have to redo it a few times if you are unlucky. I would attach a screenshot but I do not know how to find the photos I take from in game.

Thanks for this. Got one on my first try then just teamed up with a FC mate to finish off the quest. Not the best designed scheme for the drop but as long as you can cover the quality gap it's ok with the non HQ puddin.
