Auriana "Thavnairian Mist" and "Valor Coronet" bug.

In-game time: '2013.10.30 8:59 p.m.' server time
Frequency: Happened Once
Character name: K`iere Lasa
Race: Miqo'te
World name: Sargatanas (NA Legacy)
Class/Level: Monk/50
NPC name: Auriana
Party or solo: Solo
Area and coordinates: Ravenant Toll

Character name "K`iere Lasa" server "Sargatanas".
Items that were purchased first "Thavnairian Mist"(I desired 3 of them) and second item "Valor Coronet" bug/mistake/whatever it is, game log will bring the light.

Item purchased by bug is "Valor Coronet" it was not a mistake or misclick, I`ll explain it later.
Data and time wrong item was purchased '2013.10.30 8:59 p.m.' server time plus/minus minute.
Data and time wrong item was discarded '2013.10.30 9:29 p.m.' server time.

Issue:
I was going to buy three of "Thavnairian Mist". Window "Allagan tomes of mythology (DOW) / Others" was open. I single click on "Thavnairian Mist" and bought one, right after that I tried again and there was no enough tomes to make another purchased, only 105 left. When I check log I found out that not only "Thavnairian Mist" was put in my inventory but also the "Valor Coronet" item. "Valor Coronet" was put in my chest RIGHT AFTER "Thavnairian Mist". This statement will be/have to be proved by game logs. As I recall items was purchased at exact the same time (please see logs) or within second difference. Which could not be done by game mechanics (clicking mouse).

Please remove the rest of my tomes of mythology (105 tomes) and put 2 more "Thavnairian Mist" items in the inventory or give my 495 Mythology Tomes back. Valor Coronet have already been discarded.

Still insists it is not a bug?
- If action take place more than twice to different characters it s a Game Bug. Please investigate/solve my issue as soon as possible.

Addressing GM via game support will not fix the problem or bring us our Mythology tomes back. I done it in a first place, GM refused to help and sent me here.
If you do nothing to fix it and it continue make people crazy it will not bring your company a great fame.
It is your game, your fault not a players! And it just waste players time. So in order to compensate lost nerves and time for writing it to your in hopes that you will improve, give players 2 Thavnairian Mist via in game mail service and be done with it. It is not funny for players who have been a victims of this bug and it takes place quite a long time.
