As the previous posters have been saying, Ruin II once for the blind debuff as necessary then go to Ruin. Ruin is much more MP efficient and as Delvish said, your cast time will be extremely close to the GCD eliminating the instant cast advantage Ruin II has, with the exception of situations where you have to DPS while moving.

but what cause blind? a chance for miss for enemy? ro what?
Blind gives a chance for any physical-based skills to miss. The notable one on Titan is that his heavy damage ability, Mountain Buster, can miss if you Blind him.

A minor pointer as well: An enemy missing you is registered as a dodge by the player.

I don't know the exact percentage, but I'unno... feels to be ~30% increased miss chance or so. Just going on a gut feeling from tanking experiences.

Took 5 mins to test it so those numbers are definitly not representive. Trash misses me about 50% of the times as they are blinded.
Titan miss about 25% of the hits according to my pocket-paladin.
Thats why I assume blind reduces the enemies accuracy by 50% with bosses having accuracy stats high enough for a 125% hitchance.

Ruin II has the added advantage of letting you melee while you're spamming it. It's not bad, I usually get 2 swings at 70 per 3 casts of 200, adding a good chunk of damage. Make sure to add /ac "Auto-attack" <t> to your macros!

Spamming Ruin 2 is extremely MP inefficient. Even for Scholar and their Aetherflow. It has exactly the same potency as Ruin with almost twice the MP cost, and Blind has diminishing returns. Also, although SCH should be DPSing when possible, do not even bother if your tank takes so much damage Eos can't keep up. Granted this is rare in late game dungeons, it happens. The blind effect also seems to work on magic, so, if the Paladin isn't blinding, there's no real reason not to use it, but it's of a lower priority than healing and then spreading the DoTs.

After the first blind most things get diminishing returns on blind for the next 30 seconds, then it resets and blinds will start being potent again.

On a standard 3+ trash dungeon pull, i usually rotate thru all the adds and blind each target while the fairy is healing the tank, blinds will give you alittle more breathing room to cast more dps spells before doing the cleric stance dance if i need to aldoq/succor.

If at any point you're struggling for Mana as a SCH, you're doing something really wrong. Spamming Ruin II is perfectly fine. Ruin I needs to be buffed as there is zero reason to use it as a SCH.
