I never assumed your gear was sub-par. I never assumed your gear was below the requirements you were complaining about. I only stated that it is selfish and over-entitled to ask people to reduce their personal standards to be more in line with your own. If you think it is ridiculous to ask for relic +1 for runs which do not require high-end gear, you are entitled to that opinion. However, you step over the line when you ask others to conform to your own personal standard. People can do as they wish, asking for more than what is required is their perogative, and has nothing to do with you.

So if someone's standards are higher than your own they must lower their standards just for you? That is even more selfish than setting unrealistic standards. If you don't like their standards, join another group. If you don't meet the criteria to do speed runs, then either don't do them, or level up a class / obtain gear required to do speed runs. Asking them to lower their standards is just more over-entitled socialist dribble.
