I'm heckling them because they're making a requirement out of something not provable and in most cases not quantifiable. Its not stupid, they have a different goal and intent with their party than you do. Flinging shit in /shout like wild chimps doesn't do anything other than annoy people. You don't have to run with them. You don't have to run your groups the same way. They can form groups however they want. Stop being an ass because you disagree with how they want to form up.

Why does it matter so much to you that you have disrupt /shout with your opinion?
You missed the point. They were talking about a rough estimate for dodging Titan's skills.

I'm pretty sure there is nothing in the game that gives a 'dodge rate'. Sounds a lot like a WoW-like request.... But of course we were both there to see the shout right? Besides, if everyone could quantify their dodge rate, they wouldn't be stuck on Titan, I'm sure.

The issue here is that instead of clarifying, or just leaving the other group alone, Livilda chose to mock and abuse them publicly ("troll"). Seriously, that is just reprehensible behavior. The "casual" crowd is often more abusive than the "hardcore" crowd, with a sprinkling of undeserved entitlement.
If I want to run WP in 8 minutes, I'm going to look for other people who want to do the same. If I want people who think have a handle on Titan's skillset and have the confidence to say "Fuck yeah, I avoid more than 95% of his attacks" for a quick, no fuss run, then I'll say that. If I'm not looking for that, I won't demean and belittle the people who are to make myself feel better or smarter than them. If you open up that chat prompt to "prove" yourself, do us all a favor and just close it.
And with that last comment, I gotta ask, who is the selective, elitist jerk now?

Dodge rate is a stat. The last thing we want is for new lvl 50's thinking they need to find a way to hit 95% dodge rating like it's WoW.
And yes, if you have a party that can quantify dodge rate of 95%, whether it is skill or stat, no one would be stuck on Titan. Being a 50 DRG and GLD I am going to assume you have been to Titan on at least one of those jobs and would know that if everyone could dodge 95% of his attacks, it would be cake walk. It's not a strict DPS race except for the heart and even then a lvl 2 limit break solves that issue. Losing DPS and healers due to dodge failures is what kills people on Titan. That or incorrect timing on tank heals during Mountain Buster. But with a 95% dodge rate stat wise, it wouldn't be an issue.

So, you are still fighting and crying this hard about semantics? Really?Skill ≠ stats

You just listed why they would want players who manage to dodge most of Titan's Skills! Your own words explained the very reason why the other party would consider that valuable, even if it couldn't be measured before the fight!

Well, you are the one who implied that I am a selective, elitist jerk. I am merely clarifying my position on Titan and the 'skill' required to defeat him. Instead of addressing the difference between skill and stats, you choose instead to use 'semantics' as a defense. And with that first comment, who's the condescending, defensive jerk now? /sarcasmSo, you are still fighting and crying this hard about semantics? Really?

				Disrupt?
/shout?
You do realize this is /shout we're talking about, right?
I whispered the guy. It was a concrete requirement, and he seemed to think we should be able to prove it. Somehow.

I stand by my original comment. You chose to be the disruptive one. You decided to cast out decency and "troll". You are the problem.

So we're not allowed to poke fun at others for making silly requirements?
Well, I guess games aren't supposed to be fun anyway. (/sarcasm)
