OT: DF is one thing, but expectations in shout groups are different and subject to whomever is creating them. I may call you out for being ridiculous, but you can still run sub 50 content in relic if you want.

Also, I don't mind if a tank or healer leaves group. I have trio'd and duo'd the lower half of the dungeons, And I am sure it can be done for most if not all dungeons. Besides, it's actually fun and challenging at that point. I miss my challenges in MMO's.

Honestly FinagleBagel if your calling for people outside of the df system you have every right to request specific requirements you feel are needed. The people I have a problem with are those who go on DF and think that a random group generator means they can choose what the group needs to have. Really only choice for them is to keep dropping until the random group they get has their desired makeup.

And this is why DF is such a bad place, because it leaves people with no choice but to DF in order to MEET said requirements to NOT do DF.

While there are friends and companies that are helpful, the problem is that most people are in rush mode so they don't help anyone but themselves. There is no community, only the mentality of "how fast can I do x to get y".

No thoughts of "What good can I do today to have fun in this game with others".

The community won't change until people stop rushing and start playing.

Its not stupid, they have a different goal and intent with their party than you do. Flinging shit in /shout like wild chimps doesn't do anything other than annoy people. You don't have to run with them. You don't have to run your groups the same way. They can form groups however they want. Stop being an ass because you disagree with how they want to form up.

So if someone's standards are higher than your own they must lower their standards just for you? That is even more selfish than setting unrealistic standards. If you don't like their standards, join another group. If you don't meet the criteria to do speed runs, then either don't do them, or level up a class / obtain gear required to do speed runs. Asking them to lower their standards is just more over-entitled socialist dribble.

Actually I am Relic +1, full Dark Light SMN, Moogle Staff + DL Black Mage, as well as Relic almost Full DL Dragon Knight.

I tend to shout and make the group for coils or just plain duty find when doing easy content like WP reaching cap every Monday for Myth. My WAR rocks the Titan axe and is full AK gear as well as my PLD (Dark Light is to ugly to wear) and my SCH and WHM is just the same. My gear is not the issue. I am well geared for any content I choose to enter I can speed run with the best of them (and when I do it is not shouting for a party). It is still stupid to shout for gear to carry you through easy content.

Edit: I have relic top for my smn and next week I'll have the relic pants.

Sinith this is the part where you say: I called out someone's gear being subpar for their motivation for disagreeing with something and I was wrong. I claimed they did not make parties and I was wrong there too! It is okay to be wrong, but when you are wrong don't cling to it. You made a personal attack on me citing my armor and gear was my motivations for enjoying normal WP runs suggesting I make my own parties when I have as many as I want.
