Its up to debate a bit but in the end I guess it all comes down to one question, str or vit for war.
And the answer is, depends on what you want to do.
Im no high level war so im sure someone else can give you more exact info but generally I believe if you plan on doing coil you might want to stack vit gear but if you just want to farm AK/WP for other jobs then go for str.
