Why can't we get a free transfer / account instead of that free period?

some people can't transfer cause their free trial wasn't up..and have to pay if they want to transfer now ?

The servers were by no means free of restriction to create our chars on just like everyone else who started early..

Just awkward..

my friend is still stuck in another server cause her free trial wasn't up and couldn't use the so call "free transfer" week..

I thought there was a post saying you could still transfer during free period even if you were still on your free trial. Am I wrong on this, I dont know I didnt use the transfer feature.

We did have a free period that was even extended a few days - They stated the info about "free trial/PS3 free days" was incorrect and was fixed.

There was a post on the second or third day of the free transfers that explained how to transfer on a free trail account.

Yeah so your friend could have transferred during the free transfer period so I dont see them giving free transfers again.

Never worked for her trying to transfer over to behemoth. All SE replied to her was she was in a free trial period she cannot use the service provided
